Admissions occur only one time each year with coursework beginning in the fall semester. Interviews typically occur in early January.
The University of Tennessee – Knoxville is the flagship campus in the University of Tennessee system and is the largest university in Tennessee (with approximately 30,000 students). It is located in the East Tennessee Valley adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Knoxville hosts a variety of cultural, athletic, and entertainment venues. Housing is available near campus. Assistantships (covers tuition, includes health insurance & part-time employment at the University), other employment opportunities, and fellowships are available for full-time qualified applicants.
