Gilmour seeks a Middle/Upper School Counselor for the 2013-2014 academic year with whom Gilmour’s mission and vision resonates. We are seeking an experienced and committed educator with a passion for helping students discover pathways for success in the classroom and in life.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

• Assess student learning profiles and develop personalized academic strategies.
• Provide direct support services to individual students, small groups and classrooms.
• Develop programming for students, parents and faculty.
• Work as a member of a collaborative team committed to meeting the developmental
needs of students.
