Mentor Manager and Recruitment Coordinator F/T


Mentor Manager and Recruitment Coordinator F/T:  Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is
seeking an energetic professional for our growing Lee County, Florida agency. The successful candidate will speak publicly, recruit volunteers, work with children and families, interview and assess cases, oversee adult and child relationships, and manage cases for children age 6-18 and adult volunteers.

Must be proficient working individually and in a team environment.  Bachelor’s degree required.  Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills – written and verbal, computer literate, valid driver’s license, car and current insurance required.

For more than 43 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life.  Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in the communities we serve.
