Project Manager at FOSI

The Family Online Safety Institute is seeking a Project Manager. This person would work full-time in the FOSI Washington, DC office to help with our new interactive website for parents, teachers, and teens.
The role involves overseeing the many moving pieces needed to maintain and continue to develop the website by working with our team of web developers and content providers. The position involves:
  • Detail-oriented oversight of the day-to-day project planning and all necessary follow-ups.
  • Coordinating internal and external efforts including overseeing the communications strategy, web teams and other consultants.
  • Managing project calendars, tracking deliverables, and providing updates and reports on the project.
  • Ensuring content delivery occurs on time.
  • Providing creative input to the project and helping with the development of new product ideas.
  • Administration of the project budget and financial reports.
  • Oversight of social media strategy and search engine optimization.
  • Leading the project staff and intern(s).
This person should have experience with project management, the ability to assign and follow-up on tasks, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable with written and oral presentations. They would report to the Manager of Legal and Policy.
