Director of Counseling and College Advising
Applicants
should possess a Master’s degree or higher, preferably in counseling,
psychology, or social work. Significant experience in academic,
personal, or college counseling is preferred. A strong work ethic,
excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a desire to work
collaboratively with students, parents, faculty and staff are important
qualifications. A highly qualified candidate will have established
relationships with college and university admissions representatives and
have experience in one-on-one and group counseling settings.
Strake
Jesuit is a Catholic, four-year, college preparatory school for young
men grades 9-12 located in Houston, Texas. The school’s mission is to
assist young men in their formation as leaders and as 'Men for Others'
through a program of rigorous college preparation in the tradition of
the Society of Jesus. The school seeks to hire and retain employees who

commensurate with experience.
