***Mobile Assessment Technologies in Clinical Practice Survey***



You are invited to participate in an online survey about using mobile technologies, such as smart phones, tablets or text messaging, to assess adults with serious mental illness. This anonymous and confidential survey will take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete and you will have the opportunity to enter in a raffle for one of ten $50 Visa gift cards. Study procedures have been approved by the North Carolina State University’s Institutional Review Board (NCSU IRB Study # 3150).
To be eligible to participate, you must be:
  • A mental health professional;
  • Practicing in the United States or Canada; and
  • Providing clinical services to adults with serious mental illness (defined as a mental disorder that substantially interferes with one’s life activities and ability to function).
