Client Services Specialist


Client Services Specialist, duties include assisting seniors with information and 
referrals by phone and in person, providing long term care education, conducting 
interviews, providing Medicaid information and screening, completing needs 
assessments, and determining eligibility for programs and services. Must possess 
great customer relation skills, have a positive attitude and be detail-orientated 
with excellent follow-up skills. Bachelors Degree in human services or related field 
or high school diploma & 4 yrs experience in information and referral services, 
case management, call center/helpline, social services, intake specialist or related 
work experience. Bilingual preferred. Email resumes to
