Choice Theory Raleigh Conference

The Raleigh Conference is less than three months away! We have been able to secure a fourth conference room so if you are CT/RTC and hoping to present at the conference but missed the deadline, please send me an email about what you'd like to present. There may be an opening for you.

There are still hotel rooms available. Should you attempt to register online but learn one of the nights is sold out, please let me know as I am able to request rooms be added to our block. Rates are only $114/night which includes a full breakfast and a daily manager's reception.

We are very excited about our pre-conference day with Peter Breggin and Robert Whitaker. Both are prolific writers fighting against the diagnosis and psychopharmaceutical treatment of individuals with mental health symptoms. They will present compelling evidence for the efficacy of compassion and talk therapy for individuals who are currently subjected to the disease model of mental illness. You won't want to miss this presentation.

There will be workshops for everyone but we are planning a strong focus on helping professions on 7/27, education on 7/28 and self-growth and management on 7/29. There are one- and two-day rates available and special pricing for full-time students. The programming is shaping up to be quite exciting. CEs will be offered by North Carolina State University's social work department. We are hoping to see you all there.

To register, reserve your hotel room or download a conference program, please go to www.wglasser.com/upcoming-events/upcoming-conferences.
