University of Akron's CACREP-accredited Counselor Education & Supervision doctoral program

The University of Akron's CACREP-accredited Counselor Education & Supervision doctoral program will begin reviewing new student applications in January 2013 (for the Fall, 2013 cohort). We're writing to let you know that doctoral teaching and/or research assistantships, including a tuition waiver and annual stipend of approximately $11,000, are available to most new students.

Please share this opportunity with current or graduated master's students. Feel free to forward this email to your student listserv(s), or post the attached flyer in your counseling department.

Students will find a newly renovated, wireless, and technologically advanced campus which complements a new Department facility and state-of-the art training clinic: http://www.uakron.edu/education/community-engagement/clinic/index.dot. Students will join a multidisciplinary team of faculty with wide-ranging specialties and research interests:  http://www.uakron.edu/education/academic-programs/counseling/doctoral/counselor-education/index.dot.

Application materials are due January 15, 2013.
