Register now for the 17th Annual Southwest Florida Conference on Aging, held Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Crowne Plaza, Ft. Myers, at Bell Tower Shops. This multi-disciplinary conference, designed for professionals, older adults, and family caregivers, offers six continuing education hours. You'll explore medical, legal, and practical topics related to aging and older adults during this day-long event. Six (6) contact hours for Nursing, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapists, Mental Health Counseling, Attorneys, Nursing Home Administrators, Physical Therapists, and Professional Guardians.

Check-in will begin at 7:45am, and the conference runs from 8:15am - 4:00pm. This year's presentations include:
