Teach in L.A.

As the second largest public school district in the US, the Los Angeles Unified School District (serving over 664,000 students) has an increasing need for Special Education, Math, Science, Instrumental Music, and Elementary (bilingual Mandarin or Korean) teachers to teach a diverse student population. District representatives will be in Orlando, Florida on February 5, 9, and 10, 2013, interviewing prospective teachers in Special Education, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Speech/Language Pathology, Mathematics, Science and Elementary (bilingual Mandarin or Korean).

For science degree holders (graduating by June 2013 or prior), who have considered teaching but who do not yet hold a credential, we offer our tuition-free District Intern Program (Click here for more information).

Please help us find interested candidates by emailing the attached announcements to the students in your courses. Thank you for helping us find talented teachers for our students.

Feel free to go to www.teachinla.com for more information about our District.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Luz Ortega
