Program Proposal Requirements

·      Presenter Name(s)

·      Type of Program (Education Session, Roundtable Session, Poster Session, Research Symposia)

·      Title of Program

·      Program Description (Please include rationale, program goals, delivery method, and connection to conference theme. Maximum of 1500 characters)

·      Learning Objectives (Maximum of 500 characters)

·      Program Summary for Publication in Conference Program (Maximum of 500 characters)

·      Keywords (Maximum of 3 words)
