25 hours per week, $12.00 per hr. M-F, 11:00am – 4:00pm.
Duties include but are not limited to: phones, customer service, inventory
control, outreach, data entry, weekly reports, and computer. This position
requires attention to detail.
Dependable and reliable
Impeccable Customer Service Skills
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent; AA degree or above
Two years or more office experience preferred
Previous teaching or training experience preferred, not required.
Knowledge of commonly-used business concepts, practices, and
Computer skills for report writing, document production and database
Microsoft programs, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher.
Ability to work with people who have a variety of communication needs
Reliable transportation and insurance
Light travel locally (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples)
