Independent Contractors Needed
A Contractor is responsible for assessing mental health
and co-occurring needs, developing and implementing measurable & behavioral
treatment plans, providing community-based individual and family therapy for
children and adolescents, and collaborating with community partners including
child-welfare case manager, Guardian ad litem, and schools. Evening work hours
required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for caseload. Become
knowledgeable of, and be able to effectively communicate with related community
organizations.
Requirements of a Contractor:
MA/MS degree in a human services related
field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or Counseling) that meets requirements for Florida Licensing Board.
Experience working in a community setting, in schools and
consumer homes preferred. Thorough knowledge of mental health EBP including
assessment, treatment, and rules and regulations (including Florida’s Mental
Health Act) required. Knowledge and skills in providing parenting education in
a home-based setting. Excellent computer skills and typing required. Valid FL
driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.
· Contractor
needs to maintain professional liability insurance in the amounts of One
Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000) in the annual aggregate, and to provide evidence of such insurance
to the Company upon request.

Pay is a fee for service
scale which will provided during initial interview.
