Master's Level Clinician: Emergency Services Assessment Center [ESAC]

Our Emergency Services Assessment Center (ESAC) provides elevated Mental

Health/Substance Use Disorder services to SWFL community members in need.

We are looking to enhance our Team with Master's Level professionals that will focus on

targeted clinical care combined with a comprehensive and compassionate approach.

POSITION DETAILS:

- Conducting psychiatric/clinical triage for Clients with mental health or substance use disorder

issues; some with severe and persistent co-occurring disorders.

- Crisis interventions for adults, families and children.

- Completing comprehensive psycho-social assessments with adults and children.

- Facilitating timely, thoughtful and accurate discharges for Clients who have been admitted to

the Emergency Services Assessment Center and Crisis Stabilization Units.

- Completing comprehensive psycho-social assessments for DLCenters’ inpatient Detox

Program.

- Developing and evaluating individualized Client treatment plans.

- Assisting our Access Center when needed with triages and assessments.

- Completing insurance authorization for Clients admitted to Emergency Services Assessment

Center, Crisis stabilizations Unit and Detox Program.

- Providing crisis support via telephone and the National Suicide Hotline.

- Cross-training with other DLCenters’ professionals to deliver seamless Client care.

- Detailed and wellness-driven interaction with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, technician

staff, external providers, family members, etc.

TO JOIN OUR ELITE ESAC CLINICAL TEAM:

- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Psychiatric Nursing,

Rehabilitation Counseling or other relevant field = Required

- 1+ years of experience in Mental Healthcare/Behavioral Healthcare setting = Required

- Ability to assist with inpatient discharge planning and post discharge appointments =

Required

- Strong capabilities in multi-disciplinary team collaboration = Required

- Accurate efficiency in a demanding and fast-paced environment = Required

- Spanish Bilingual = Preferred

- Electronic Medical Record documentation experience = Strongly Preferred

- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills including TEAMS = Required

- Staying up to date on required trainings and immunizations = Required

 

 

- Ability to pass a Level II DCF/AHCA Mental Health Background Screening = Required

LOGISTICS & SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

- Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position based on 4 x 10-hour shifts

- Current Schedule Availability

~ (# 78) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 10AM-8PM

[Wednesday, Friday & Saturday OFF]

~ (# 83) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10PM-8AM

[Thursday, Friday & Saturday OFF]

~ (# 933) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 2PM-12AM

[Sunday, Monday & Tuesday OFF]

“Pool Position” W/ Hours Subject To Change

COMPENSATION:

- Market-competitive base salary

- Sign-On Bonus!

- Shift Differential Pay

(+$1.25 for hours worked between 4PM-12AM and +$4.50 for hours worked between 12AM-

8AM)
