Big Sky Youth Empowerment
(BYEP) is seeking a Program Director to provide direct support and
supervision to the Program Manager Team responsible for delivering our
adventure-based group mentoring program. The successful candidate will be
well versed in supervisory
procedures, programmatic design, adolescent development, group facilitation,
and crisis response. This individual will provide ongoing oversight,
support, and feedback to the Program Team to ensure quality program
delivery and create a unified staff culture inspired by growth.
The Program Director position is both challenging and rewarding, is dynamic in
nature and requires an individual who is flexible, creative, energetic,
and has a growth mindset. The Program Director reports directly to the
Associate Director and will work collaboratively to deliver a quality
experiential-based group mentoring program.
The position is in Bozeman, Montana.
