Douglas County School
District (just south of Denver) is currently hiring 60 school counselors at the
elementary, middle and high school level. This is the result of a
successful Mill Levy Override that passed in November. At the high school
and middle school level, we are reducing our ratios to ASCA recommended ratios
of 250 students to one counselor and we are adding a counselor to every
elementary school in the district. We offer excellent working conditions,

These are permanent jobs and not grant funded.
