FGCU to open counseling center next year

The center will provide access to counseling and education to the under-served community like children and families, at little to no cost.

"The thing that's going to make us unique is that we are not going to accept insurance, our fees are going to be $25 or whatever you make an hour, whichever is less," said Dr. Alise Bartley, FGCU Visiting Assistant Professor.

Bartley helped lay the groundwork for the center, her passions for mental health, fueled by her love for FGCU.
