The Employment Consultant is responsible to supervise a caseload of job seekers with disabilities.
Training and support will be provided on an individualized basis to assist job seeker in acquiring the
skills needed to perform specific tasks, work routines and daily living skills that are critical to
successful employment. The Employment Consultant will assist the individual in performing the work responsibilities in a way that promotes independence, develops natural supports, and supports job retention. This position will interact with all individuals served in a way that respects the unique needs of all involved and provide meaningful employment outcomes.See PDF of position here.
