Conference: Trauma in Child and Adolescent Counseling

The board members of the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling (ACAC) are proud to present:

The ACAC Conference Committee is now accepting proposals for their inaugural conference on July 20 ­ 21, 2017. The conference theme is “Trauma in Child and Adolescent Counseling.” This theme is aligned with that of American Counseling Association’s (ACA) incoming president, Gerard Lawson. We are seeking conference proposals for all ages groups (i.e., birth-five, school age, and adolescence) in all settings (schools, community mental health, private practice, and supervision) for all levels (beginners, intermediate, and advanced). All accepted presenters will need to register for the ACAC conference. Travel costs are not paid by ACAC. Details on this process will be sent once your proposal is accepted. Once your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to submit a curriculum vitae.
