Minimum Qualifications for Vocational Rehabilitation Technician:  A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science, education, or related field. Experience in a counseling, job placement, job coaching or a public vocational rehabilitation program can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
