Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Counseling, Advising, or related field. Two (2) years of appropriate experience in student development and training, counseling, advising, academic retention, or related field. Experience operating a personal computer and proficient in Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).  
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Higher Education, Counseling, Advising, or closely related field and two years of experience working with students within a Higher Education Institution. Experience in student academic advising, a college/university learning center, and/or counseling. Experience in designing academic support programs addressing special characteristics, interests, and backgrounds. Experience working with undergraduate and diverse students. Experience training and supervising student leaders. Experience collecting and researching data for assessment. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Banner. Experience utilizing AccuTrack.

Coordinates instructional support services, to include the Instructional Support Tutoring Lab, which provides drop-in tutoring services for FGCU students.
