Job 1: Kuder, Inc. seeks an experienced Career Development Specialist to join the Morocco team. The Career Development Specialist will work hand and hand with locally-hired Career Services Managers and the Chief of Party to set up the Centers and implement programming. S/he will train and organize training for the Career Services Managers in order to implement a robust program from international resources. This person will also may be responsible for managing the various grants under the contract component.
Job 2: Kuder, Inc. seeks an experienced Chief of Party to join the Morocco team. The Chief of Party will be responsible for leading and managing the overall Career Centers program. This position will work closely with the USAID/Morocco’s Economic Growth Office and the Chiefs of Party of other USAID activities contributing to the same project purpose, as well as senior-level host country government representatives.
