Executive Director, Healthy Start MomCare Network, Inc., based in Tallahassee, Florida - This is a new position in a new Administrative Services Organization (ASO) that will provide planning and oversight of: contract management and quality assurance of client services statewide, related negotiations, the work of the board of directors, a billing/payment management system, and all requirements of the Healthy Start AHCA contract and related federal waiver. Master's Degree preferred in human services, business, or related field. At least 5 years experience in the maternal and child health field, and knowledge of health care delivery systems preferred. ASO experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills and business management skills required.

Salary range: $68K - $78K plus benefits. Closing (received by) date: 3/28/14.
