OPS Licensed Clinician (Problem-Solving Courts - PSC) Part-Time Lee County

SUMMARY

The Lee County Mental Health Court Program represents an effort to identify and address the unique needs of people living with a mental illness who have entered into the criminal justice system. It is a court supervised, comprehensive treatment program for adults. Participants are linked with effective treatment programming in order to improve lives, as well as public safety, and reduce incarceration costs. The licensed clinician will be responsible for clinical screening and diagnosing of active and pending Mental Health Court participants and also creating appropriate level of care recommendations. The primary locations for this position will be the Lee County Jail and Core facilities and the Lee County Justice Center.

The core responsibilities of this position are: (1) Diagnostic Assessment; (2) Treatment Planning; (3) Prepare Reports; (4) Attend Meetings; (5) Other Duties as Assigned
