HER Village Foundation, LLC is a new private practice seeking to hire


HER Village Foundation, LLC is a new private practice seeking to hire three Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)/Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ASC), and four Master Level Counselors. Applicants must be meet the requirements established by the Georgia Composite Board of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists. 


Qualifications:

1. Applicants must possess a full and unrestricted license in the State of Georgia. 
2. Applicant must have compleed the specialized clinical supervision training requirements and be awared the ACS credential.
The ACS must be willing to provide supervision to Master level students in a three year residency program to assist in their ability to meet licensure requirements towards full licensure. 
3. Applicants should have received and completed training in Telemental Health or be willing to complete the training within 3-months of hire. 
4. Demonstrate knowledge and competence of major theories of counseling, psychopathology, and diagnosis. 
5. Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the development of treatment plans, comprehensive safety plans, and level-A assessments. 
6. Demonstrate knowledge of and a desire to counsel multicultural and diverse populations. 

Master Level Applicants:
1. Must have a Master's degree from a CACREP accredited institution. 
2. The Masters MUST be in counseling or social work. 
3. Must be eligible for the NCE and associate license for counseling (LAPC) or social work (LMSW) within 3 months of hire.


Duties/Responsibilites:
1. Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling to clients. 
2. Complete the initial intake, MSE (if applicable), and other relevant assessments for clients. 
3. Utilize interventions consistent with the therapeutic modality and treatment plan developed.
4. Rotate being on call with their being a primary on-call staff and secondary. On-call for weekends will be Friday beginning at 5:00pm-Monday at 9:00am. 
5. Attend all court or other mandated proceedings should a subpoena be given on behalf of their clients.
6. Complete all documentation and billing within 24-48 hours of services provided to their clients. 
7. Attend/Participate in marketing events for prospective clients and partnerships as necessary.
*8. Master level students must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 7-10 hours per week and participate in bi-weekly group supervision for hours towards licensure.
