District Director for Lee, Hendry & Glades Counties The District Director is responsible for overseeing all programs and services provided by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, in Lee, Hendry & Glades Counties. This includes programmatic oversight, staff management, funding/budget management, grant application/deliverables, performance improvement initiatives, donor relations, community partnership and fund-raising activities. Regularly participates in community partnership meetings, meets with funders as needed, outreaches all parishes within the geographical area. Conducts regional meetings and site visits as needed, assists Program Directors with problem solving and program development. Requirements: (5) years of management and supervisory experience Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration or Human Services Successful completion of FDLE Level II background Screening Valid Florida Driver License with clear record If interested in this position please send resume to kuske@dioceseofvenice.org
