Part Time Parent Educator

The Children’s Advocacy Center has an opening for a Part Time Parent Educator.  This position will provide parent education groups in the community and at the Children’s Advocacy Center.  The position will requires knowledge in the areas of child development, parent education, attachment and bonding as well as facilitation of groups.  The parent education is based on the Nurturing Parenting Program.  If you are not previously trained in this curriculum you will be required to attend a 3 day mandatory training to become certified in Nurturing Parenting.  Must be able to work some evening and weekend hours, bilingual preferred.  If you are interested, please submit your resume.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services
