Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and committed Mental Health Counselor to provide full-time counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families out of our Columbia Woodrail office location. As a Mental Health Counselor with Pathways Community Behavioral Healthcare, you will conduct individual and group counseling sessions as well as crisis intervention during the day.
Additional tasks of the Mental Health Counselor include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, treating and counseling patients and performing psychosocial evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans that define services and interventions
- Updating treatment plans according to documentation requirements.
