Combat Substance Use Disorders in Your Communities

January 15, 2016 | 1–2 p.m. Eastern Time
The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, in collaboration with SAMHSA and the HHS Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, cordially invites you to join an important webinar—A Call to Action for Faith-Based Leaders: Combat Substance Use Disorders in Your Communities. The webinar will take place on Friday, January 15, 2016, from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
Faith groups play an essential role in supporting health and wellness in communities across the country.
During the webinar, faith leaders will share their stories on how they are engaging their communities to address the opioid epidemic, building coalitions, reducing stigma, and building trauma-informed congregations. In addition, speakers will highlight the unprecedented opportunities that exist with the Affordable Care Act's defined substance abuse treatment benefits and the new parity requirements.
You will be able to share questions when you register. Presenters will also respond to live questions during the webinar. We look forward to your participation!
