Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Counseling, Advising, or other closely related field. Two (2) years of appropriate experience in education, counseling, advising, academic retention, or other closely related area; or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Higher Education, Counseling, or other closely related field.  
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Higher Education, Counseling, Advising, or closely related field and two years of experience working with students within a Higher Education Institution. Experience in student academic advising, a college/university learning center, and/or counseling. Experience designing and/or coordinating a peer mentoring program. Experience in designing academic support programs, addressing special characteristics, interests, and backgrounds. Experience working with undergraduate and diverse students. Experience collecting and researching data for assessment.

Tracks and collects data of Peer Academic Leader Program and other CAA programs that address the unique needs of the CAA student population in order to support academic success and retention, and enhance academic development.
