Isle of Palms Recovery Center is currently accepting resumes from caring individuals to perform the duties of Primary Therapist. Our clinicians provide individual and group therapy for substance abuse and dual diagnosis clients and must be proficient in assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, group therapy, as well as working with family members, with appropriate documentation completed in a timely fashion. Skills sought include but are not limited to CBT, Stages of Change, and Motivational Interviewing. Applicant must possess the skills needed to keep clients actively engaged in the process. Looking for a flexible, strong personality who is ready to work with a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred. Masters Degree. Full-time position with benefits.
