This study will recruit participants who meet the inclusion criteria of being licensed/credentialed in the state of Florida, worked for two years in a publicly-funded agency, and speak English (Devers & Frankel, 2000). A sample size has been selected that will be manageable and diverse enough for the results to have transferability to the larger population so there will be the selection of a sample size of 10 participants for this study (Creswell, 2013). Individuals who have made the conversion into administrative positions within publicly-funded agencies may be excluded as well as individuals whose experience may have been extreme or had required professional services as a result of the conditions that evolved due to their working conditions. The exclusion criteria will be applied to respondents who due to cognitive, professional, or other reasons such as mental health issues, or attainment of the desired sample size would be thanked for their interest and informed that they do not meet criteria for this study.
