This is a Human Services Counselor III responsible for the Ryan White Medical Case Management Part B and Part C Services in Lee County. This position reports to the Health Education Program Manager-SES and is headquartered at the Florida Department of Health in Lee County. This is a responsible, professional case management position requiring the ability to plan and act independently. Performs all Ryan White Medical Case management duties as required and in compliance with State Department of Health funding regulation.
