Up to $47.5 Million Available To Help People Experiencing Homelessness


The purpose of this program is to support the development and/or expansion of community infrastructures that integrate behavioral health treatment and services for substance use, co-occurring mental and substance use disorders, permanent housing, and other critical services for individuals (including youth) and families experiencing homelessness.

Up to $6 Million Available To Support the International AIDS Relief Addiction Technology Transfer Centers


The purpose of this program is to establish the International President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Addiction Technology Transfer Centers programs in Vietnam, South Africa, and Ukraine. These programs seek to increase the capacity, skills, and abilities of Vietnamese, South African, and Ukrainian HIV/AIDS programs, governmental agencies, and PEPFAR programs to address problematic mental and substance use and further the goals of national HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs.
