TEDxFGCU is seeking passionate faculty, staff, and students
to speak at this annual event!
TEDx is an event created in the spirit of TED Talk’s mission
of, “ideas worth spreading.” This program is designed to give FGCU the
opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences on-campus, with
topics that matter to our community. TEDxFGCU is a signature event of the
Office of Multicultural and Leadership Development, and won the “Bright Idea”
Award in the Division of Student Affairs last year. The event will be
held in the evening of March 19th
at WGCU Studios.
This year, TEDxFGCU has five main categories of talks that
can be given:
- · The Great Big Idea
- · Science
- · Design & Technology
- · Being Human
- · Music and Amusement
For more information regarding the talk topics and other
