The ACA and American Counseling Association Foundation (ACAF) Graduate Student Essay Competitions are now open. Two grand prize essayists will receive $1,000, a complimentary 2016 Conference & Expo registration, a $250 ACA eGift Certificate, and publication in Counseling Today. This year the essay theme addresses the Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies (MSJCC). The deadline for essay submission is December 11, 2015 at 11:59pm EST. Association for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues in Counseling (ALGBTIC) Conference

The College of Health
Professions and Social Work, along with the FGCU Alumni Association and Lee
Physician Group, will be hosting a “Networking Night” on Monday, October 26, at
6:00 p.m. in the Marieb Hall courtyard (see invitation below). This is a great
event to re-connect with old students and to make new
connections/contacts.

old ones with fellow
graduates from your college. You will have the opportunity to network and hear from Dean Mitchell L. Cordova, faculty, staff and leadership from Lee Physician Group and Lee Memorial Health System.
