The 2021 ACES Conference will be held IN PERSON on October 5-11, 2021



The 2021 ACES Conference will be held IN PERSON on October 5-11, 2021, in Atlanta, GA. ACES INFORM will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

 The Conference Proposal Portal will open on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 9 am ET and will close on Friday, February 26 at 7 pm ET. Proposals for 50-minute Education Sessions, 80-minute Panel Discussions, 30-minute Posters, 50-minute Career-Focused Sessions, and 50-minute ACES INFORM Sessions will be accepted. 

New for the 2021 ACES Conference:

·         An Antiracist Practices in Counselor Education Track has been added

·         Roundtables will not be offered due to social distancing considerations

·         Limited Livestream and Recorded sessions will be available for those who are unable to attend in person.

·         Each individual may have authorship (first presenter or as co-presenter) on no more than two proposals to provide the opportunity for as many people to present as possible.

 

Please review the proposal guidelines document as well as the proposal review rubric to inform your submission process.  Proposal Submission Instructions and Question Outline will be available on 1/4/2021.  


Please be sure to read all information provided carefully because some things have changed since the 2019 conference.
